after fwd-ing this in email, a friend replied back asking if these statement are real & will it mean he's a total bummer if he have heard all these words directed to him (i think he's really concern hahaha)

well, for me those were quite true, except for no.1 & 7
coz instead of saying Fine, i'd say Whatever (no.8)
and my thanks are always sincere; when it's not you can always hear it from the tone :P
